Passionate about the development industry, John has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the local market through his involvement in numerous projects both as developer and representative.
Over the years John has negotiated a number of development site acquisitions and possesses a thorough knowledge of all facets of the development process, from obtaining council approval through to design and ultimately the project marketing.
His comprehensive understanding of market trends & buyer demands enables him the expertise to work closely with architects and designers to ensure that efficiency and practicality are translated onto every floor plan of the projects he is involved with.
John’s experience has also seen him appointed by as a leading sales representative for the Woolooware Bay development involving the Cronulla Sharks, which is the Sutherland shires largest residential development.
